How long does a project take?+
It depends on scope and complexity. A simple video is done in days; a website or a UX/UI project takes 1 to 3 weeks; a full digital product can take longer. The deadline is fixed in the proposal and we keep it.
How does payment work?+
As a rule, 50% on approval and 50% on delivery. Conditions, deadlines and scope are all set in the proposal, in writing.
Do you make changes?+
Yes. Every project includes rounds of revision set upfront, to fine-tune the result until it matches the goal.
Do you work remotely?+
We work 100% online, with clients across the country and abroad. The whole process is built to work this way.
Do you use artificial intelligence?+
We do, on repetitive work: captions, cuts and versions for each format. We save time and the client saves on price. Creative direction and final decisions are always ours.
