Most institutional video is watched without sound, on phones and in feeds. Without subtitles, the message doesn't land. And on a European project, subtitles are also the door to other languages.
How to film an event without it getting dull
By filming people in conversation, not empty rooms. Gesture and reaction give the piece a rhythm that cutaways alone would not have.
